Welcome to Crane Hill

Hawks Nest – The inspiration for this community were Irish cottages that “danced” on the water. This community was carefully designed by Nequette Architecture to compliment and fit into their surroundings. It’s known for unique, character homes, quarter moon shaped pool, and look-out tower. Each of the homes has a private dock, a boardwalk, and there is a pond that is stocked with fish for great enjoyment. This community is renowned for its use of natural materials: stone timbers, real wood roofs and even the retaining walls and footpaths were formed from the railroad ties. Each Home is carefully designed by Nequette to compliment the natural surroundings!

Hidden Shores - Homes in Hidden Shores are located where Long Branch meets Ryan Creek. This gives the community access to big water while it is nestled on a smaller tributary, to avoid lake traffic and enjoy solitude. This area features a rock shoreline and year-round emerald water. Right in the heart of Smith Lake!

Lakeshore West – This is yet another prestigious, gated community, on Smith Lake in Crane Hill. Welcome to the big water on Smith Lake. Directly across from Duskin Point Marina, straight in front is the dam and a great place on the lake to call home. Many of the lots and homes have gentle slopes to the water and year round water.

Pointe Sixteen (Ryan Creek) - Pointe Sixteen is one of the newest developments on Smith Lake. It is between the Lewis Smith Lake Dam and Trident marina. Just across the water from Rocky Springs Airpark. It has 70 waterfront parcels all of which are situated on deep water. Many have big water views. Ideal for your lake lifestyle.

Pointe William – A fully gated, high-end neighborhood in Crane Hill. It spans over 22 acres in a grove of hardwoods and rock outcroppings. The residences of Point William cultivate a sense of permanence and a strong connection to the land. The homes exude architectural integrity with sweeping, panoramic lake views AND ease of access to the water. Walking trails, a community swimming pool, private docks and generous lot sizes connect residents to this magnificent surrounding.

SilverRock Cove – A wonderful community situated on 14 acres of flatland within a 33 acre piece of forested property. It fronts over 3,400 feet of sparkling lake water. The homes meld into their surroundings and were artfully designed by Nequette Architecture & Design. Silver Rock is perfect for those that want the lake, pools and all the great features a community can offer. The quiet community provides several amenities including two pools, clubhouse with ping pong table, and a boardwalk that follows the shoreline of the lake (great for relaxing walks). Only a few minutes from I-65 near Cullman.

The Summit – A great community with luxury homes located in Crane Hill, very close to Trident Marina. If you are looking for that amazing home for a great life on the lake, you have found it. Community boat launch. Super convenient, quick access to I65. Some o the best sunsets that the lake has to offer.

Waterford Condo’s – Situated on one of the most beautiful areas of the lake, these beautiful condos overlook Trident Marina. For those who do not want the maintenance of the home and yard, but want to enjoy the lake living, Smith Lake Condos are a perfect solution. The condo complex features elevators, charcoal grill area, swimming pool, covered boat slips and guest boat slips. There are also nearby restaurants!
